How to use your Sodalite

During the day, you can carry Sodalite as close to you as possible, for example in your trouser pocket. I also recommend that you hold it in your 🖐️ hand as often as possible so that it has direct skin contact with you and you can feel its warming energy. At night, you can also hold the Sodalite in your hand or place it under your pillow.
