During the day, you can carry the obsidian as close to you as possible, for example, in your pocket. I recommend that you also hold it in your 🖐️ hand as often as possible so that it has direct skin contact with you and you can feel its warming energy. At night, you can also hold the obsidian or place it under your pillow.
