How to use your Lapis Lazuli

During the day, you can carry the lapis lazuli as close to you as possible, for example in your pocket. I recommend that you also hold it in your hand 🖐️ as often as possible so that it has direct skin contact with you and you can feel its warming energy. At night, you can also hold the lapis lazuli in your hand or place it under your pillow.

⚠️ Important safety note: The chemical compositions of minerals are very diverse - some stones can release toxins when in prolonged contact with water, which then enter the body through drinking. Therefore, I strongly advise against making gemstone water by direct immersion. However, for dry use - such as placing on the skin or holding in the hand - the stones are completely safe and harmless.
